Every public IP address is allocated to an organization through a Regional Internet Registry (ARIN, RIPE, APNIC, LACNIC or AFRINIC). This is the honest answer to "whose IP is this and what network is it on?" We don't guess a street-level location from a commercial database; the registry allocation is the source of truth for ownership.

Quick FAQ

Why is there no city or street location? Accurate physical geolocation needs a paid commercial database and is often wrong. RDAP ownership (the registry allocation) is authoritative and free, so that's what we show.

The org looks like a hosting company, not the website, why? The IP is allocated to whoever runs the network (often a cloud/hosting provider). The site owner rents capacity on it; use WHOIS for the domain's registrant.
