Get in touch

Reach us at support@vallahub.com for anything about the tools: bug reports, confusing results, feature requests, or questions about a lookup. Use legal@vallahub.com for privacy, abuse, and legal matters only. Email is the whole channel; there is no phone line or live chat.

What to include

A report we can act on the same day usually contains four things: the domain or IP you queried, which tool you used, the exact error text or a screenshot of the unexpected result, and roughly when it happened, with your timezone. That timestamp lets us match your request in server logs instead of guessing. If the problem only appears from one network, mention whether you were on a VPN, corporate proxy, or mobile connection, since several classes of DNS weirdness are network-specific.

"The propagation checker still shows my old A record on Cloudflare's resolver after 6 hours, TTL is 300, domain is example.com, checked around 14:00 UTC" gets a precise answer. "DNS tool broken" gets a follow-up question first, which costs you a day.

What to expect

A small team reads every message. Most get a reply within a few business days; there is no guaranteed response time and no paid support tier. Reproducible bugs and security reports get priority. We cannot make changes to your DNS for you, and we cannot see anything about your domain beyond the public data the tools already show.

Before writing about a domain that stopped resolving after a change, try the checklist in Website down after a DNS change: A record fix checklist. It resolves the most common cases, wrong record value, stale TTL, or editing the wrong zone, faster than any support round-trip. Current availability and incident history live on the status page.
